Today I had my four month check up and Mommy and Daddy were betting on my weight. Both were wrong and guessed that I was around 13 pounds. I now weigh a "hefty" 14 pounds, 4 ounces! My friend, Dr. Van de Loo, and nurse Shannon, were so happy to see me. I was happy to see them too and I gave them lots of cute smiles, in hopes they wouldn't give me those shots. Unfortuantely, I still had 3 shots today and had to drink some pretty delicious medicine. I was brave though and only cried for a few minutes. I am almost two feet tall (I need to grow 1/2 inch more). The doctor said I am in the 50% for my weight and 10% for my height (thanks to my shorty parents!!!) He also said that my head isn't too flat for a helmet... yeah! I would love to be an astronaut, but not until I am older. I also get to start eating big people food such as cereal, vegetables and fruit! This was the most exciting news of all! I can't wait to see what Mommy is going to feed me first (I think she mentioned vegetables...yum!) I don't need to go back to see my buddies at the clinic (they all know me there from when I was just a "peanut") for another two months. I think I am going to take it easy this afternoon and take some naps. Mommy keeps giving me some pink stuff to swallow to help me feel dreamy and relaxed. Night, night for now....
